Your one-time purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the software on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly for personal or commercial writing purposes. The software is provided entirely "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.
RuneQuilt is a 100% offline application. We do not host, access, or have the ability to read your manuscript data. You are solely responsible for creating your own backups to prevent data loss. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Your one-time payment grants you a perpetual license to use the current RuneQuilt Early Release (v1.0). The software is provided without any obligation from the Licensor to provide customer support, bug fixes, patches, updates, feature enhancements, or compatibility upgrades for future operating systems.
As per the End User License Agreement, RuneQuilt is an "as-is", downloadable, 100% offline application, and the $21.00 USD purchase fee is strictly non-refundable. You assume all risks associated with using early-stage software.
The End User License Agreement (EULA) presented during purchase and installation governs all use of the software. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the EULA, the EULA shall take precedence and serve as the binding agreement.
