RuneQuilt is intentionally built as a completely offline application. We do not have servers that sync, store, read, or analyze your writing. Your manuscripts, lorebooks, and software settings reside entirely locally on your device's hard drive.
The only personal information we collect is what you explicitly provide when signing up for the Founder's Club (such as your email address for account management). Payment information is securely handled directly by our payment provider and never touches our databases.
We do not use invasive background tracking or continuous telemetry. If an application crash occurs, RuneQuilt may ask for your explicit permission to send an anonymous crash report to help us fix the issue in the next Sunday patch, but this is entirely opt-in.
